No service delivery...SHAMEFULL!!!!

I logged a complaint last week, gave Vodacom a stinking review to which they responded saying a consultant will be in touch.

I'M STILL WAITING!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you realise that you are in breach of contract, taking my money every month and not delivering the service!!!!!!!!
