NO SERVICE DELIVERY - VODACOM FIBRE AND VUMA

Service delivery of Vodacom fibre and Vuma is non-existent. The customer services consultants are not knowledgeable, they can seem to get my fibre up and running. Since January 2021 to date no service delivery. All they do is create endless service requests numbers (SR) but can deliver quality service. The consultants are rude and only make empty promises. I actually thought vodacom had their house in order.

I AM DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDING VODACOM AND VUMA TO ANYONE!!!
