NO SERVICE DELIVERY

My new contract phone only 6 months old and the phone already did not want to charge. So I took it into the Rustenburg repair center on 28 Dec 2016 and they phoned to collect on 30 Dec stating that it was the battery and they replaced it, only to find it still did not want to charge so I took it back on 3 Jan 2017. On 5 Jan 2017 it was sent to the Advance repair center with no news after this. I have called to find out what was wrong but they could not tell me. Today on 13 Jan I received the sms that it was in the quality assessment process. After phoning the branch to find out what it was and how long it will still take, they could not tell me. This is now 17 days and vodacom still cant tell me whats wrong. Should they not rather send me a new phone as that one is only 6 months old or just a replacement phone till they fix that one as no one can go without a phone for so long. And their only answer is sorry mam we dont know.
