No service delivery

I took out a contract with Vodacom Online and when the phone got delivered, we discovered that the microphone was not working. I called Vodacom on numerous occasions so that I can have the phone replaced within 7 days, they kept telling me that they will give me a call back, which 2 weeks later, I still havent received. I went to the Vodacom store in Trade Route Mall and they couldnt assist me as well. I even went as far as calling Vodacoms head office, and still didnt get a call back from them. I took my phone in to Vodacom Repair Shop in Alberton and they sent the phone in. I keep getting sms’s to say that my phone is ready and that I can pick it up. Today was the 3rd day since I got the first sms and phone call to say that I can pick up the phone, but when I go to Alberton they tell me that their store wasnt credited. I’ve had it up to here, because Vodacom expects me to pay my contract without receiving the expected service or my phone. I went in today to collect my phone, AGAIN, for the 3rd time, and still they couldnt give me my phone because Vodacom didnt credit the store. On the Job Card, it said that it was a iPhone 11 64GB, but I returned an iPhone 11 256GB??? Is this really the service I’m getting after being with Vodacom for so long? I WANT MY PHONE !!!
