No service can't receive calls

Can't receive calls or smses. TOBI is useless Hi, I am not receiving smses or phone calls. I called your helpline but TOBI is really useless! I have been calling for a week but there is nobody who can help me. I even went to Somerset West vodacom store they were useless couldn't help. It's been a week and no network connection. I was told to keep searching for network manually on my phone.
