I am trying now since 9 October 2025, to cancel three of my numbers on contract. I mailed them on 9 October 2025 (002R5aMD66QTP349) and again on 10 October 2025.
I also called the Vodacom cancellation number for each number on 14 October 2025 and 17 October 2025. I cannot cancel it at the shop, they told me to call Vodacom.
