No service at Vodacom cycad

I went to Vodacom Cycad branch in Polokwane as there is some issue with my number - When I buy airtime or when someone else buys me air time it doesn't register and my balance remains on zero. The assistant at above branch was ****** and insisted he could not help me and then ignored me and continued filing his nails
