no service at vodacom

me as a subscriber of vodacom all my life would lie to speak to a human at vodacom today please. I do not want your self service **** and endless voice prompts that are irrelevant to me and are forced down my throat. today somebody must call me to solve my query. simple as that. im sure a big organisation like yours this is not an impossible request.
