No service at Vodacom

On 25/11 we have done an upgrade to an IPHONE 7 PLUS at Vodashop Secunda. On the 29/11 we had to take the iphone in because we had trouble doing the software upgrade and there was red stripes on the right hand side of the screen appearing. The phone was send away...they say. Today 17/12 we went to Vodashop Secunda to get the phone again. On arrival a guy at the door took the paper we had and went to get the phone. He returnd, open the box to see if it is ours and gave the IPHONE without discussing what was wrong, or what was it fixed. We have no proof the phone was there for repaires, no documents. He just gave the phone and we left. The new phone is still much slower than the old IPHONE 5S and it glitches and it struggles with software updates. Surely a new IPHONE 7 PLUS should be a huge improvement and it should be new and working propperly. This is bad service from Vodacom and Vodashop Secunda.

Vodacom contacted me, and now the phone need to be send in again. The question that arise is, why does it need to be send in again, what have they done in the first place? It was away for more than 13 days the first time round. This is a new phone, nearly a month since the upgrade without any use of the phone.? I am sorry but this is not customer service
