No service at all - pathetic Vodacom

I am still waiting for feedback, it's been over two weeks later and your consultant that phoned me still has not gotten back to me. Disgusting and very unprofessional staff Vodacom, no customer service what so ever. It took three weeks forme to actually get an sms as to where my phone went and I have been getting Sms's that I must pay for the phone to get fixed yet it is 3 months old and under warranty. This is my second phone within my 3month upgrade. Clearly there are issues with the Sony M4 Aqua. I had to much trouble with my first phone, had it for less than 7 days and it took you guys 4 weeks to replace it, which was ridiculous. I want management to contact me asap ***. I am truly disappointed with Vodacom. I am tired of posting and no one gets back to me. I will keep posting till some one gets back to me!!!!<br> <br> <br> <br>
