No service at all deeply dissapointed

Yesterday evening I visited the Vodacom Store in Lenasia South by NTN Center around 5:45pm as I needed to Rica my Sim Card. Upon my arrival I was not greeted nor assisted. I was never assisted instead the man that was walking the floor had his own people which he liased with and assisted apart from myself none the less I still waited until the ladies on the counters decided to log off and I overhead them say they were now going home. i then decided to leave as i could see no one was coming to assist me nor ask what i was there to do. Deeply disappointed on such service well "no service" to say.I had been contemplating on leaving the network and this has left no doubt in my mind that I should indeed consider it and start shopping around.
