No service at all

I can't browes or download at all for 2 months now all vodacom say they can't find the fault or my new phone is faulty funny how a mtn and cell c card work and fast download on the same phone that tells you how vodacom lie and block your internet that I paid for! Its a shame how vodacom take my kids education away from them by blocking the internet.SHAME on Vodacom!!!!<br>
