No Service at all

<p>We complain a week ago about poor to no cell signal at all where we live. Not 1 fone but 5 fones do the same. Nobody call back as promised (call is recorded on my cell). Only receive a email that they will contact me. Now it is one week later and no calls at all. Email also dont get answered. On the 17th of this month I must upgrade and it is devenitly not with vodacom. In my opinion they downgraded the wrong cellphone company. Vodacom can't provide network coverage for all and we live only 50km from Brooklyn shopping mall where vodacom said it is the mall with highest internet speed. My internet is 3.8mb download and 328kbps upload.</p>
