No service and vodacom dont react

<p>i have a LG phone on contract with Vodacom and picked up problems with the phone freezing constantly, have given in to vodacom in the George mall and they have sent it away to joburg to repair!</p> <p>Job Number ********** 2- ********** on the 25 June 2017</p> <p>Apparently the phone has been repaired after i have phoned again and again and .....again</p> <p>after collecting it, sitting in the vodacom shop, the same problem occured, again in for repairs,</p> <p>again returned and still the same problem, the phone is now in for the third time with the same promblem</p> <p>and still i have not got my phone back, have phoned the supervisor many times, again and again to find out when i might be getting my phone back, they refuse to let me talk to the manager or someone that i can get answers from, at least any answer that i can know whats happening, nothing!!!</p> <p>vodacom have given me a little loan phone that is not near the abilities of my phone, customers struggle to hear me and i cant do business like this, its horrible!</p> <p>totaly unacceptable</p> <p>please can someone assist me asap, or just give me a new phone!!!!!</p> <p>not happy with the service im getting over such along period! i need my phone/ a phone that works, i cant understand, why its taking so long</p>
