No service and they don"t get back to u when u have a problem !!!!!!!
There people aren't trained to do the job !!!! The people working for them are lying for the customers !!! They never get back to u to resolve a problem !!! Who ever u talk to like to pas the bucket on to some one else !!!!! They like to cut u of and then don't phone u back !!!!! I am still waiting now 4 months for a claim to tell me what's going on !!! I will never recommend some body to take or use Vodacom insurance !!!!!!

07 Jul 2020, 00:52Well they said they will contact me its now a day later and no one have contacted me !!! That's what I said in my first letter !!!! They just don't care about a customer that is 25 years with them and have got 3 x contracts and pay a lot of money every month for them !!! When I go to there office in century city they also promise to phone me back and then they just don't !!! I have got a claim with them all ready 4 months ago and still until today they haven't send me one letter or phoned me to say what's happening with my claim but I need to pay them every month for the insurance and my contract that goes with the phone that was ****** !!! I can only warn people of this Vodacom insurance and there company and people working for them at Century city that just don't care !!! I will really go and do advertising about Vodacom's bad service !!! It seems to me I need to get to the ombudsman to help me with this matter and need to cancel my contract after all the years with Vodacom and then take them to court at the end !!!!!
