No service and tesponse

I be complaining for more than 2 years about the data service received from Vodacom in Frankfort. Each time I phone in they respons by that I'm the only person complaining they cannot do anything about it. Monday I lock a complaint again and was told a senior person will call be back still that same day. We at Wensday and still nobody have call. The feeling I het as long as they get the money the feel nothing for the customers. I have a list of more than 30 numbers in the area experiencing the same problem and to everybody you talk complain about the samething. The list is still growing and by Friday will be over a 100.
