no service and stupid people

I just called the 112 emergency line to report a crime that was happening, drugs being sold through the window of a car in Madeira str Rugby with car registration cf 89881. White guy was buying drugs from blacks! Then you got stupid God damn people working in this centre that I have to actually report it on here!!! Its a damn disgrace!! The male stupid of the 1st call says they throwing something out the window so I had to compromise my damn safety and shout they selling drugs, he threw the phone down! 2nd call was also a stupid ***, I asked to speak to someone in charge for complaints and she asks me repeatedly what area when I told her in her department of the call center. I eventually shouted at her because she is also a damn idiot!! Why the hell have you got stupid people working behind emergency lines???? Tanya ***
