No service and signal for weeks in the Bapsfontein area

Vodacom constantly uses the excuse that they are offline because of loadshedding, but being offline for 2 months now is really stupid. Your cables and batteries are not ******. You don't even allow a person to submit a fault, that is how **** your service is. It took me 2 hours trying to report this. You are USELESS in the Bapsfontein area, one of the most crime riden areas in South Africa. Maybe you are involved with the crime in our area. Fix your towers. We are having to drive to other areas just to get msgs delivered on whatsapp. Stop assisting ********s in their quest to commit crime.
