No service and no customer service at all.

From the 6th January up until today 24th January no network. No one i Vodacom can resove this. Do not worry. Ill just pay for no service. My Mtn data is now depleted. But do not worry vodacom. After all its my problem not yours.

From 6th to 24th January no service on fiber and only empty promisses to send a tec. Of one more person from Vodacom tells me they are sending a tec im goung to loose it. This is all that happens. We are sendinh a tek we are sending a rek we are sening a tek. I do not think u have a tek in Richards bay. U just want ro eat my money. SHAME THE REGONAL MANAGER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vodacom u now, cannot deduxt payment from me for momething that has not worked for almost a month. That is bridge of contract. And u have a binding contract with Vodacom.
