No service and false advertising

Worst service ever, ordered a labtop it said 2 - 5 weeks, which I waited for patiently, phoned weekly from weel 4 to confirm status, it is ordered and we getting stock of labtops Friday, one I asked to get a proper expectation date...was told a lady will phone me back..to no suprise no call received 7 weeks later no labtop and no update from vodacom on the number I asked them to give me updated on..pathetic to say the least! Wasted so many weeks waiting and need to use my time and airtime to continously follow up and then hold on while they look into it, only to give me same feedback! False advertising of labtops and waiting times...absolutely no service!
