No Service and empty promises

On Friday 10 June I decided to log on to the vodacom site to transfer airtime and data to my daughter. At the time I did not know that you had to activate this service by phoning the call centre. Now first of all, whenever I log onto the site, I have to do it twice. Then when I wanted to do the airtime transfer i received a error message saying I exceeded my limited and had to call the customer service dept. Which I did. I spoke to a lady (cannot recall her name). Had to go through all the options first before I could speak to her. Then all the security questions and then only could I explain my story. After all of this, without saying a word, I was transferred to someone else - again having to go through all the security questions and again explain my story. I was told that the Airtime transfer service was already loaded onto my acc with a R50 limit. I never requested this on my account before, and wanted to know who loaded this on my behalf? But because I needed it now for the 1st time, I requested them to increase that limit to R200. I was told that a service request was logged and sent to the technical dept and that it would take 6 hours. After about 10 minutes, I received a sms to say my service query was logged, but that it will take 2 working days and not 6 hours as i was told. On Sunday 12 June, I again received a sms from Wilson Sithole to say that my Airtime transfer service has been DEACTIVATED!! So it was not increased to R200 as I requested, but completely deactivated. On Monday 13 June I phoned, and again having to go through all the options just to speak to someone. Again I spoke to a lady after going throug the security questions and AGAIN explaining my entire story. I was simply cut off. I phoned back and asked to speak to a supervisor. I then spoke to Thabo (he did not give his surname). Explaining what happened and that i was not happy, seeing that I was told that my airtime trf will be loaded within 6 hours and then it took 2 days where they then just deactivated it. So after 5 days, I am still sitting without this service. Thabo promised that he would log the query again and someone would have phoned me before COB yesterday 13 June. As of today 14 June 14:20pm, I have not received an sms to say that the service request has been requested, nor is my airtime trf activated with a R200 limit. I have received NO service from Vodacom. I have just done my upgrade on 20 May - wish I rather did it with another Service provider, cause it seems that Vodacom simple dont care about their clients. On top of this all, I also sent a email on Friday 10 June with a query I have on my account. Although I have done an upgrade and entered into a new 24 month contract with them, I am still being charged for my old contracts hardware subsidy. Nowhere in their t's & c's does it state that you still have to pay for the old hardware subsidy, and not once was it mentioned to me either. I was also charged for Content Services which I never subscribed to and requested that I want a credit on my acc for the old hardware subsidy as well as the cntent services. As of today I also have not received ANY feedback whatsoever about my query. I think Vodacom's Customer Service is terrible to say the least. Having to phone 3-4 times a day, holding on forever each time and still nothing has happened!
