No Service and disappearing data and airtime

From 16h12 today 17/10/2017 I've had the unfortunate experience of not being able to do conduct my business. Vodacom have somehow taken it upon themselves to remove the majority of my data and talk time out of nowhere. Thinking that this could be resolved by simply calling 111, I was sadly mistaken. The call could not connect to the 111 Vodacom call centre. Here I am trying my best to build my international business but alas, Vodacom are unable to provide me with a basic cellular service that a 3rd world country can do quite easily. I've lost between R8000 and R10000 due to the downtime and since this is not the first time that I've experienced the loss of data and talk time, I have decided to go with another carrier. You can forgive a once off infringement but you're a fool to trust after a second and third infidelity. Good bye Vodacom and I would like my lost earnings paid to me. Please inform me where to email my invoice.
