NO SERVICE an NO HELP with NETWORK Problems

I have been logging call after call for a Cell booster installation and yet Vodacom just doesn't care about there clients. <br> <br> I have being a valued customer for so many years and this is what you get. Why does no one want to help with my issue of network problems? Since 2010 and still the same. <br> <br> Does this need to be taken to the CPA, to the newspapers to have another fall out like Cell C had....please go through all my calls logged and let me know...i'm tired of empty promises.<br> <br> Why do i pay for a service i can almost never use?????
