No service again... Our businesses can't operate, and we never get assistance.

After complaining about useless service in the town of Brandvlei, we had a response which is incorrect. We've had no response, nor assistance what's so ever:

We are in Brandvlei in Northen Cape. We are without service again. We're running all our businesses through Vodacom. When we go without service/network we can literally not do any business. Can't do credit card transactions. We can't do electronic banking. It's costing us a fortune in losses and revenue. If any other network sees this complaint and you can offer us an constant active network service, than to leave us in the dark for days without business please contact me Andre Burger, I can assure you of the whole Brandvlei's Business's are in need of this service and support, and you'll get their business if a proper system and service is put into place. Please, we don't have any emails, so with the result we can 't process any online orders, because we don't get the emails.

We are in desperate need off assistance. This is not the first time this has happened, this is an on going issues that never gets resolved. It's like the load-shedding of cellphone service providers. Just gets disconnected without any communication for days. So we don't even know for how long it'll be off. We've been a client of Vodacom for more than 20 years, and we're honestly not getting the service for our big invoice amounts we're paying to you every month.
