No service

I've been contacting vodacom over the last few weeks about a signal problem at home. Every agent i spoke to told me they will get back to me...im still waiting. Dont understand why? Is it because of the area i live in or a ****** thing that im not getting any service or they dont care about my bussiness. Vodacom doesnt care about there customers as there their customer service doesnt exist. Logged cell *** and ***. For such bad service one can only blame Bad Management
