No Service 9 Years

Hi everyone,

I wrote a review last month (February 2017) on how I have asked Vodacom since 2010 to change my surname from my ****en name to my married surname. I sent them my new ID and Marraige certificate and nothing was done after e-mails upon e-mails.

Eventually I got divorced and sent them again my divorce certificate hoping that they would change my surname as I have asked over and over via e-mails. I am probably sitting on just over 95 e-mails sent to Vodacom over the past few years.

December 2016 I wrote Vodacom a e-mail advising them that I will not pay the account as it is not made out to me as per my ID and I sent a copy of my ID and divorce certificate AGAIN and they just blocked my lines. NIce..... Instead of sorthing out the problem so that I can pay they just block the line. So once agian I sent e-mails upon e-mails and reported the problem here on Hallo Peter. Then Vodacom adviced me that they will contact me, then adviced me that they could not get hold of me REALLY....... YOU BLOCKED MY LINES SO HOW WILL YOU GET HOLD OF ME??????

Once again I was hoping and praying for them to have my March 2017 account sorted and GEUSS WHAT.... SUPPRIZE it still is not fixed!!!! I will again not pay intill it is sorted and ONCE AGAIN my lines are blocked.

Do any of you have any suggestions for me, I am just absolutely out of options and just cannot take this any more. What must I do? Any suggestions will be greatly appriciated!

Thank You!

Reviewer Update

Vodacom would rather block my account instead of fixing the problem! Why is this? Why should I pay a account which is not made out to me as per my ID and Bank statement and all my other statements? I have sent Vodacom all the requiered documentation THEY requested from me since 2009 and still nothing is done. WHY?????
