No Service

I went into the store on the 02nd December 2014 for cellfone upgrade. I chose the Z3 Sony Experia bundle (Handset, Playstation and watch) on Smart L for R938. 00 Which was immediately approved. (The deal was R839.00 but took the extra gig for R99). <br> I'm yet to receive the package (3 months now!) as I've been told all the time that it is back ordered and deal to be recreated and so many other stories. I still insist on the same package with the same amount as was advertised. I think the level of service from the shop and Vodacom in general have been appalling-it's unfair to wait even a month for a product! I really hope this gets sorted as my patience has run out and my contract ends in March. <br> PS: The Playstation was supposed to be a Xmas gift for my son.....
