NO SERVICE

<p>I HAVE GIVEN A PHONE IN FOR REPAIRS AT VODACARE, CNR OF SCHOEMAN AND DU TOIT STREET IN PRETORIA CBD, WAS CALLED ON ANOTHER NUMBER TO ACCEPT A QUOTATION FOR THE REPAIRS OF THE PHONE, WHEN THE MESSAGE WAS GIVEN TO ME TO CALL THEM BACK, AFTER MORE THAN 25 ATTEMPTS TO THEIR NUMBER AND TO VODACOM CUSTOMER SERVICES I HAVE NOT BEEN HELPED AT ALL. I HAVE BEEN A VODACOM CUSTOMER MY WHOLE LIFE AND FIND THIS RIDICULOUS THAT THERE IS NO SERVICE DELIVERY OR FOLLOW UPS FROM THEIR SIDE AS THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THE BEST SOUTH AFRICAN SERVICE PROVIDER</p>
