No Service

I took my handset in for repairs on the 12/07/2016. Cracked screen and touch not working, Job Number: ********** 8. After numerous unsuccessful calls I then eventually resorted to emailing, I got a response on 2016/08/02, very apologetic about the delayed response and that the store was having trouble with their landlines. On the same day dd 2016/08/02, I was advised that the device was ready for collection, however when I wanted to collect the device I learnt that the device was never repaired even after I clearly communicated and instructed Vodacom to go ahead with the repairs. Today dd 2016/09/26, more than 2months since requesting to have my handset repaired, I again got an apology from Vodacom about the delay and that no action was ever taken to repair the device. So for the past 3 months I've been paying my 2 contracts with no handset device at my disposal.

I still havent received any communication from Vodacom other than the above generic reply. On Monday I got an email from the store ensuring me that the devise will be ready for collection by latest today being Thursday. When I went around to the store to collect, I again heard learnt that they haven't even started with the repairs! F#%$ing PATHETIC!!! My experience with the so called managers at Vodacom is that they are not rude though, just inefficient and uns****ed to be in a management roll! Not to mention this social media team. They asked me to email the my details through which I did, along with the facebook correspondence, just to get a reply asking me to explain my query again. What a waste of time!!!
I have 18 staff which all have a monthly cell phone allowance. I have now decided that I will not process any claims for Vodacom, which will force them to make use of another network. I too will now start looking to move my contracts to another service provider! Thanks for nothing Team Vodacom!
