<p>I took my Samsung Galaxy Tab S in for repairs a few times for the SAME thing and in seems that Vodacom cannot repair this unit and they are now saying that the screen is damaged, I can tell you that I have NOT dropped this unit once and as they can see I have hardly made use of this tab as its always not working and I am not gatvol … I request that all 3 my contacts be cancelled when they reach the 24month mark … I find Vodacoms service pathetic and useless ..</p> <p> </p>
