No Service!!

I have been to the Vodacom shop at Makhado Crossing mall 3 times in the last week and every single time the technician is just not there to assist me with my phone. There were 5 ladies there today and not one of them wanted to assist me and they're attitudes are very bad. This is the umpteenth time I am HORRIBLY unhappy with the service of that specific Vodacom shop I have decided that now I will continue to complain until this matter is resolved. Vodacom may as well close that shop as there has been NO service in the last year at least and I have just decided that now I will not leave it anymore. Please attend to this matter, otherwise I will have to change service providers if need be., I do not want to as I am happy with Vodacom but NOT with the service of the Vodacom shop at Makhado Crossing Mall.
