No Service!!

I have been at that specific Vodacom shop for the past 2 weeks and every time the technician is not available and then the other ladies (5 of them) has a bad attitude and does not want to help me. This is not the first time (one of many) that they at that specific shop is unwilling to help. I will keep complaining until the problem has been solved. They are NEVER willing to help and they also don't seem to know much about anything. This is unacceptable. I will change service providers if the problem is not addressed.
