no service!
I have contacted VODACOM so many times in the past 2 months, sending in letters and still they are unable to produce a copy of the contract. I am also unable to speak to a manager, and the call centre staff only pay lip service with NO ACTION! the most difficult company to deal with!
I have now tried sending them a letter, as they are unable to produce a contract, I will terminate my service from the 31st October. The proof will be in court that they are UNABLE to produce a copy of a contract, then there is NO contract! No contract, means I have the right a per the CONSUMER ACT, to terminate my service at my discretion!
if Vodacom wish to contact me, please do on ***
