NO SERVICE

I phoned on the 8th of Aug 2015 to apply for the 5GB internet with a rooter and hard drive. It was approved and I was told delivery will be the next day. Then I received a sms confirming it is out of stock. I phoned again and was told I must rather apply for same at a branch. I did that and went to Cradle Stone Vodacom where I was assisted by Matshepo. She has been trying nonstop to assist me but they now told her that they activated the previous application (without delivery or a device) and that it will now take ONE MONTH to sort out the mess they made. <br> The special for the 5GB, rooter and hard drive, also ends today the 7th of Sept 2015. How can they now expect me to sit without internet for another month due to their mistake and lack of service.
