No Service
I have been trying to log onto my account via internet for 3 months with no success, either vodacom is off line or they are experience technical problems or it just loads all the time. On Monday i called and i was told that a call will be logged with the IT department and that i would receive a SMS with a reference number. Needless to say NO SMS and today i STILL cant log on. So i call again and my account is reset...STILL i cant log on, i call back and the phone is just put off. Why does vodacom offer a service that they cant control?
