NO Service

If this is how RED clients are treated - I don't want to know how the rest is treated! I phoned the call canter a couple of months ago and requested detail on my data usage they just ignored me. I phoned again on Mon (23/10): I loaded 3G on my small Wi-Fi and it disappeared within 3 hours, and me just opening a couple of mails. They logged two calls one for my data usage reports and one for the technical team (which I haven't even heard from). The manager (Arthur) then asked me to check my data usage on my PC which said that I had only used 2.9G since I got my PC (08/10). He was going to phone me back - still nothing I phoned again on Wed (25/10): They then told me that he is not in and will phone me back after 14:00 - still nothing I phoned back on Thu (26/10): They then told me that he will phone me back the next day, because he is not at work... really no I insisted in speaking to someone else. I then spoke to a supervisor called Tsepiso, who basically couldn't understand what my problem was because Vodacom gave me 1G free data... Now in the bigger scheme of pictures if she checked how much I paid monthly she would have also thought that it was a joke. She then had to log another call because they closed the previous one when they gave me my 1G free data. 1st I would like to know why Vodacom is dissing out data if they have nothing to hide? On Fri (27/10): I bought another 4G data for my phone, which also disappeared overnight I phoned again Mon (30/10), and I actually asked them if they wanted me to go this route because clearly they were not going to do anything about it. Tsepiso said she will escalate it and phone me back - still nothing The funny thing is that you receive sms's after every call to ask if your case has been resolved and every time I reply no, and if they actually phoned me they say the manager needs to phone me back. My payments have almost doubled in the last two months and all I asked for was Data usage reports to check what is going on. I am now returning my debit order until someone from Vodacom would like to provide me with answers.
