Vodacom is the worst ISP ever! I’ve app**** for a new fibre installation @home and it’s 4 months down the line and still no fibre. They always come up with excuses as why the line is not yet installed, always blaming Vumatel. They clearly don’t care about customers as they don’t bother to resolve this after numerous calls to them. They never bother to phone back or to get a solution to my frustration.

28 Nov 2019, 11:49I am still waiting for a call! Phoned VC fibre AGAIN, still no answer as to when this line will be installed! I gave them the VT number but it has not been “escalated”! Clearly they don’t bother with clients and are not doing their jobs!!!!!!!!!!!! #very****edoffclient!!!!!!!!!!
