NO SERVICE !!!

Vodacom.

The worse connection for Fibre. Our fibre in The Glen area has been out since 15:50 yesterday afternoon and still no one can give us answers.

Completely unacceptable.

Yet we will be charged for a full months subscription. We should be reimbursed for the down time. IT IS NO FAULT OF OURS.. We pay for a service and we have had NO service for 17 hours.
