No Roaming and No Way to Contact Vodacom Directly

Vodacom roaming often fails me. There have been instances in Zimbabwe and the Ivory Coast, amongst others, where it did not work at all. Today I arrived in Ethiopia and the only network I can pick up is MTN. Vodacom will not allow me to connect to this network. I wanted to contact Vodacom through the webite but cannot find an e-mail address or contact form. I requested a call back from absolute desperation but no one will be able to get through probably. I cannot phone Vodacom's customer care numbers because Vodacom's roaming as failed me yet again. There will be people worrying now that I did not arrive safely. In addition, I will not be able to contact my clients. So, basically, I am going to have no cell phone service for two week unless Vodacom acts quickly to fix this. Usually, if Vodacom' technicians look at the problem, they do so when I am already back in South Africa. I hope Vodacom can fix it this time.
