No return calls no update ... again

This time I got a mail from ********** ... but still no call nothing.. I dont think Vodacom actually gives a **** about this.

After making a comment here earlier... it is obvious that Vodacom does not care about this... I am going to keep raising this issue. I was suspended by Vodacom last year October 2016. Never received a call, no mail no messages whatsoever! I have mailed Vodacom, I have tried calling Vodacom, I have requested call backs... it has been 11 months and I am unable to sort out my account electronically. I have asked at the Vodacom shops they refer me back to Legal... I have tried googling Vodacom's contact no and or legal department... no joy.. I don't know what to do... I have to complain about this and hopefully someone will contact me...
