No return calls no update

I was suspended by Vodacom last year October 2016. Never received a call, no mail no messages whatsoever!

I have mailed Vodacom, I have tried calling Vodacom, I have requested call backs... it has been 11 months and I am unable to sort out my account electronically. I have asked at the Vodacom shops they refer me back to Legal... I have tried googling Vodacom's contact no and or legal department... no joy..

I don't know what to do... I have to complain about this and hopefully someone will contact me...

I think you guys are just concerned about responding here, I am going to post until I get a call and get the account sorted out. You have also updated Trans-union and given me a back credit record due to your inefficiency to deal with clients! !

So what the hell happened here? I have yet another company that has send me legal notices and threats. Vodacom still has not met my demands and I am still going to refuse to pay Vodacom until I get proof of what I have to pay Vodacom and need to speak to someone that will deal with me directly as a human! I am waiting 2 years later and I still have not yet receive a call or a mail I have made hundreds of callas and sent mails to Vodacom to get my account information with no luck yet I am getting treats to pay money to Vodacom... with no proff!
