No retention effort from Vodacom
Vodacom Team....do you really endeavor to retain your subscribers, instead of them moving networks?
I have been a loyal customer for more than 20 years, yet every experience for cancellation or upgrade becomes more painful as we go along.
I called in to do a cancellation as i found a better deal with an alternate service provider and was handled by your retentions department, who said they would be able to match the deal of sorts to retain me.
I spoke to a retentions consultant on 21 November @ 8:52am by the name of Novuhle. She had mentioned that she is sending this off for a deal match to her supervisor and will get back to me on monday 24th November 2025, to date no one bothered to call me or update me. Im tired of calling in to see if you will retain loyal customers.
If this is your effort to hold on to customers, then its not going to work

Right now this poor service and lack thereof, shows that my tiny business and loyalty is not important enough or needed by Vodacom. You already making enough out of everyone else. Might just be the sign to actually give loyalty the boot and switch to a better network provider who values its patrons.
