No results on lying call centre agent

On the 24 January at 13h59 I got a call from your call centre ( ********** 700) wanting to speak to my husband as he was the contract holder. I informed the caller that my husband was not with me. He requested my husband's number and I gave it to him. When I got home at 14h20 my husband informed me that Vodacom phoned and that the migration was done. Very confused I asked him why and he gave me the details. I informed my husband that I have no knowledge of what he was talking about. My husband and I do not make any financial decisions without consulting each other. My husband did inform the call centre agent that he wants to speak to me first. The call centre agent rep**** that he did speak to me and I said it is ok. This was a blatant lie and my husbands decision was completely based on this lie. Truth is the call centre agent did not give me any details why he was phoning and I would never have approved the migration. I do not need the migration. I do not use data as I have wifi 24/7 and lets face it who still send sms. I do not need 200 sms. With this migration I am going to pay R170 more a month for things I am not going to use. At 14h34 we phoned the call centre (111) and reported the call and informed them that we do not want the migration and that it was unacceptable for the call centre agent to lie to my husband. The agent informed us that they noted it and that the migration will be cancelled as soon as it is loaded. We also contacted our Vodashop and the very friendly manager tried all he can to assist us, but because it was a call centre migration they cannot do anything. To my surprise on the 1/2/19 I discovered that the migration did go through. I phoned your call centre (111) to report the case once again. The lady informed me that the department that I need to talk to is closed and that she will ensure that they phone me on Monday (4/2/19). I am still awaiting the call. I tried calling again and just gets cut off once they transfer me to the department. I am disgusted with the way this whole situation is handled. I hereby request that the migration gets cancelled with immediate effect and that my contract will revert back to what is was. After reporting it to Hello Peter your agent phoned me. Promised that the migration will be cancelled and that my contract will revert back to what it was. He also promised that a credit note will be done for the migration due to it being agreed to, based on a lie. To my disappointment I received my account and none of this was done. I do not want the higher package and I am not going to pay for something I do not need. Please could this be corrected immediately and the credit note passed on my account as promised.
