No Responsw for an Online Order

Vodacom promises to make your contract easier by doing it ONLINE as it is quicker...LIES....i placed an order with Vodacom for a Contract on the 2nd of Feb 16, was told that an agent will call me.<br> <br> On the 5th i got a call from an Agent who told me to hold the line as she is transferring to the proper people only to be cut off and never received any call from then on.<br> <br> If i do not qualify for the contract shouldn't i get a call to say so and not be kept in the dark. <br> <br> When call the *** i never get any one.
