NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR APP ERRORS. WORST SERVICE EVER.

If I could give a minus I would. I am very disappointed with the latest Vodacom customer service, there are just so many glitches and they are doing nothing to resolve it.

Few days I go I queried about Vodabucks and I was told I will be contacted with feedback but to this date nothing has been done. I spent the whole 4 days discussing this thing, I sent screenshots and clarified everything that was to be clarified for only 45 Vodabucks and I still don't have it and no Vodabucks allocated.

Today I was using a Vodacom App trying to buy 250mb for R5 and I got an error, I tried to buy again for 5 times, I still got errors and then I restarted an App only to find out that all the transactions went through. I had R37.05 and wanted to spend only R5 but instead all the transactions went through until I was left with only R7.05. I immediately called Vodacom customer care to try and reverse all the transactions except for one. I was told to hold the line so I thought it was being resolved only to be told that nothing can be done.

I said an error happened on the App but the guy assisting me kept on saying I should've left it and checked my balance, how can I leave it when I really needed data. I use data to access internet and service my clients so there was no way I could've left it. An error happened on the App but it can't be resolved yet they keep on advising us to download the App. I hate the experience of this App. I would advise people not to use the App because Vodacom won't take responsibility for any error and there are no disclaimers stating that they are not responsible for errors. If there are errors the transactions should not go through.
