No Response/Service
I posted a review 8 months ago, about not getting any response. I received an automated response, saying someone will contact me shortly.. Does it take 8 months to get back to someone?
I moved to PE from EL almost 3 years ago now. I am still waiting for my postal address to change.
I do not want to see an automated response here, I want a personalised reply and someone to do something about my account.. This has really been a major inconvenience.
