No responses from Accounts department
Received a phone call from a very rude account collections consultant on 1 July 2015 threatening with legal action due to outstanding amounts not settled. I informed the consultant that statements sent to me indicate that I am in credit with Vodacom. <br> <br> Consultant argued with me in the rudest and loudest manner I have ever experienced. I requested statements providing proof of the outstanding amounts. Statements received on 1 July 2015 from two different e-mail addresses provided conflicting information which makes me wonder if any account they send to clients are indeed correct. <br> <br> Responded to Vodacom with information and requesting clarity on 2 July 2015. When I received an automated responses indicating that I can not respond to either e-mail address the statements was sent form. I also informed them that I am unable to take calls during the day and that correspondence must be conducted via e-mail. Sent this responses to [Email Removed]<br> <br> Requested responses from Vodacom on 9 July 2015. Nothing received.<br> <br> Requested responses again on 12 August 2015 and still have not received responses.<br> <br> Wonder what is happening with my money in their bank accounts....<br>
