The chat consultants lodged my online application and mentioned she would call be back which was 2 weeks ago. She didn't call and i followed up for every single day for an entire 2 weeks where i was constantly told that i would be called back but never heard back. I follow up now and my application has expired and i have to start it all over again...seriously. Being bounced around by consultants for 2 weeks
