No response with network issues
Good day
I took a 300GB contract from vodacom and was working fine untill around the 18th of march 2022. Im only getting download speeds of less that 1mbps. I went back to vodacom on 25 march 2022 and they logged a service request. On 29 march 2022 i was contacted by vodacom and was advised the call was being sent to the IT department.
That was the last time i have heard anything from vodacom. SR nr ***
