No Response Whatsoever from Vodacom

We have had problems with Vodacom Vredenburg. They told us to write an email to ***. We have written to them three times and we have had no response. The last time I told them I was going to Hello Peter if they did not respond in three days. Still no response. The agents tell us that they cannot help us, we have to send an email. THERE IS NO RESPONSE and they just shrug their shoulders. The last agent told us to contact Hello Peter. Please help us!!!
